Wherever you are in mainland UK, Bambino Home is delighted to offer free shipping on all orders of all sizes.
For products in stock, deliveries typically dispatch within 3-10 days. Every order is handled with the utmost care by one of our specialist furniture couriers, so you are assured that it will arrive in perfect condition! We continue to work diligently to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and overcome supply chain challenges created due to Covid-19 – and appreciate that while 10 days might feel like a long wait, it will definitely be worth it.
Please note that some parts of the country such as Scotland & Cornwall may take a little longer, so please allow 15 working days.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and from time to time a product may prove extremely popular and become out of stock. In this scenario, we will always endeavour to offer an alternative product or to issue an immediate refund and our apologies that our suppliers have not been able to keep up with strong demand.
While every delivery is made with great care, we do ask that you take the time to make sure your order is in perfect condition when delivered. In the unlikely event that a product is missing, or a box is damaged, please do let us know straight away so we can get to work on putting things right! If you notice any damaged boxes or anything that looks less than pristine on delivery, please note this when signing for goods, as it will help us expedite the replacement process with our couriers.
Every delivery is made with a delivery note, to help make it simple to check off your ordered products against your delivery. Should there ever be any situation where you need to report damages or a missing item, it is a great help to have this noted on the delivery paperwork so we can verify when the damage occurred. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, for whatever reason, get in touch so we can find a solution. Due to restrictions on exchanges due to safety precautions within the supply chain, some products including furniture items cannot be exchanged. Bambino Home will always look to find a satisfactory solution, be that a refund, a store credit or an exchange where possible. In the event that any of our products is faulty, we promise to replace or refund the item as quickly as we possibly can.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
